Kojin is the guardian deity of Buddha, Dharma, and monks, and is also called the Three Treasures of Kojin.
He is also the god of fire and is visited by many worshipers.
Tachisato Kojin was founded by Kobo Daishi when he opened Koyasan.
In order to protect the temple's prosperity and esoteric Buddhism, we drew the Three Treasures of Kojin on a board and enshrined it in the place of Kokojin.
It is said that Koyasan's great temple was built by inviting Kojin to the demon gate on the platform.
It is also one of Nosegawa Village Unkai Scenic Spots.
