From Koyasan, turn east at 10.6 on R371 (old) Koya Ryujin Skyline for 20 minutes, then 60 minutes from R168 Kodaishita.

  • When using a car

    【From Osaka/Kobe area】
    From Keinawa Expressway Kihoku Katsuragi IC, take National Route 480 (towards Katsuragi Town and Hanasaka) towards Koyasan, Koyasan Prefecture.
    From Koyasan, head south on Koya Ryujin Skyline (R371).
    Turn left in front of "Restaurant Tsuruhime".
    Proceed along the forest road Tainohara Line and arrive at Hotel Nosegawa after about 8 km.
    *It is about 20 km from Koyasan, about 40 minutes by car.

    【From the Nara area】
    Continue on Gojo (R168) and turn right Kodaishita. (Prefectural road 53)
    At Nogawakami, turn left towards Kamigakiuchi. (Prefectural road 733)
    Proceed from Nosegawa Village → Kitamata → Taira → Omata.
    After about 3km, you will arrive at Hotel Nosegawa.
    *Approximately 50 minutes from Route 168 junction.

    *In winter, snow accumulates, so cars should be equipped with tires wrapped with chains,
    Alternatively, a 4WD vehicle is suitable.

  • When using a train

    Nankai Electric Railway "Namba Station" - Koya Line - Terminal"Koyasan Station”
    It is very difficult to reach Koyasan Station by public transportation.
    For hotel guests, there is a free shuttle bus to Koyasan Station.
    Please contact us as reservations are required.
    *Please note that the shuttle bus is not available for campgrounds or day trippers.
